If during the recent calendar year you were paid services (rehearsal or concert) as a musician, whether or not it was a formal union contract, we are asking you to add the following to your dues. If you have questions about this please review the minutes of the general meeting on Feb. 4, 2012 which you can request from the Secretary.
- 1-15 gigs - $5
- 16-30 gigs - $15
- 31 or more gigs - $30

The Federation Initiation Fee (FIF) and Local Initiation Fee (LIF) are one-time-only fees when joining or being reinstated to AFM and/or Local 660. These fees are waived for student members

4th Quarter, October - December: $21 + $65 FIF + $10 LIF = $96.00
